Basketball Game Preview: Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets vs. Jenkins Warriors

Southeast Bulloch is 1-9 against Jenkins since January of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets will head out on the road to square off against the Jenkins Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Southeast Bulloch has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Saturday, Southeast Bulloch came up short against Groves and fell 61-50.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Jenkins, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 49-48 win over Liberty County. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Southeast Bulloch's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Jenkins, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-11.

Southeast Bulloch came up short against Jenkins in their previous meeting back in January of 2020, falling 71-67. Can Southeast Bulloch avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
