Volleyball Recap: Lakewood Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lakewood was the 3-1 winner over Nooksack Valley when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell 3-1 to the Pioneers on Monday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakewood's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Nooksack Valley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lakewood will challenge rival Mount Vernon at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Nooksack Valley is set to take on their familiar foe Lynden at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
