Baseball Recap: Brewbaker Tech Takes a Loss

Brewbaker Tech couldn't beat Alabama Christian Academy on Monday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fourth inning. The Rams fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 7-6. The Rams have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Tanner Thornton was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Brewbaker Tech's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 5-2 (and 3-5 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Chris Lewis, who went 1-for-4 with one triple and two RBI.
