Volleyball Recap: Buckholts Badgers vs. Memorial Christian Academy Warriors
Buckholts had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Memorial Christian Academy Warriors as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Badgers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.
Buckholts was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-7, 25-16.
Buckholts found their leader in freshman Kimberlee Owen, who had 12 aces. Another player making a difference was Elyla Velez, who had five aces.
