Baseball Recap: Moline's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Moline came out on top against Galesburg on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run second inning. The Maroons beat the Silver Streaks by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 8-2. The result was nothing new for the Maroons, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Moline's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 17-11. As for Galesburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-16.

Looking ahead, Moline will be playing at home against East Moline United at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Galesburg, they will face off against Reed-Custer at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
