Volleyball Recap: Monte Vista Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Monte Vista can now relate to. They came up short against the Denver Christian Thunder on Saturday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Pirates have suffered since August 28th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16, 25-20.

Hannah Henderhan paced Monte Vista's offense, picking up eight kills. Henderhan got some help from Evie Hinds and her 13 assists.

Monte Vista's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Denver Christian, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 21-4.

As of now, neither Monte Vista nor the Thunder have any future games scheduled.
