Soccer Recap: Murphy Pushes Andrews to the Limit

The Murphy Bulldogs didn't have quite enough to beat the Andrews Wildcats on Wednesday and fell 3-2.

Murphy has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's taken a bite out of their 2-9-2 record this season. As for Andrews, they have been performing well recently, winning five of their last six games. That run has powered them to an 8-3 record this season.

Murphy will be playing in front of their home fans against Highlands at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Andrews, they will challenge Swain County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Swain County's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal (dating back to last season), so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
