It's playoff time, and Coldwater had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Centerburg Trojans get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Cavaliers, who have now won 12 games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the eighth in a row for Coldwater, bringing their record up to 27-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Centerburg, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-9.

As of now, neither Coldwater nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
