Volleyball Recap: University Pathways Medical Magnet's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

University Pathways Medical Magnet had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Everything went their way against the Magnolia Science Academy Carson Vipers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on April 2nd.

University Pathways Medical Magnet was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-10, 25-21.

Angel Hernandez paced University Pathways Medical Magnet's offense, picking up eight kills. Hernandez got some help from Joey Peralta and his ten assists. Anderson Quiroz controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

University Pathways Medical Magnet's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Magnolia Science Academy Carson, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

As of now, neither University Pathways Medical Magnet nor Magnolia Science Academy Carson have any future games scheduled.
