Baseball Game Preview: De Anza Dons vs. Hercules Titans

For the second straight game, De Anza will face off against Hercules. The Dons will head out to take on the Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

De Anza was handed an 11-run defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Hercules 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Dons have posted since May 9, 2025.

For Hercules' part, Chace Tennyson was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Tennyson has become a key player for the Titans: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 0-15 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Cayden Tennyson, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Hercules is on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16. As for De Anza, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-16.
