Softball Recap: Baylor Gets the Win

While Baylor's win against Sequatchie County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Baylor Red Raiders won by a run and slipped past the Sequatchie County Indians 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Red Raiders have posted since April 4, 2024.

Baylor's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Sequatchie County, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Baylor will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Knoxville Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on March 26th. As for Sequatchie County, they have already played their next game, an 8-6 win against William Blount on the 14th.
