Wink hadn't done well against Fort Stockton recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Wink Wildcats took their match with ease, bagging a 68-34 victory over the Fort Stockton Panthers. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 games by 20 points or more this season.

Wink's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aizlyn Dewberry, who almost dropped a triple-double on 11 points, nine assists, and ten steals. Dewberry has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Adelynn Thompson, who went 8 of 17 on her way to 22 points and four steals.

Wink smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 19 consecutive contests.

Wink has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 23-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.9 points over those games. As for Fort Stockton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-16.
