Wickliffe is 6-1 against West Geauga since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will welcome the Wolverines at 4:30 p.m. Wickliffe is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2 runs per game this season.

Wickliffe is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Brush just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 7-3 to the Arcs.

Logan Ruscin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, West Geauga might've scored the first runs on Monday, but it was Kirtland who claimed the real prize. The Wolverines took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets.

Wickliffe's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for West Geauga, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-11 record this season.

Wickliffe skirted past West Geauga 7-5 in their previous meeting back in March of 2021. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Wolverines have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
