Basketball Recap: TEACH Homeschool Falls to Hampton Christian Academy in First Game of Season

TEACH Homeschool kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were dealt a 76-38 loss at the hands of the Hampton Christian Academy Warriors. The Beach Breakers haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why TEACH Homeschool lost, don't look at Aiden Dickson. Despite the final result, he posted 17 points.

Hampton Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Marcus Ruff out in front who put up 17 points. Those 17 points gave Ruff a new career-high. Justice Powell was another key player, putting up 15 points.

TEACH Homeschool has already played their next contest, an 82-16 defeat against Cape Henry Collegiate on the 20th. Hampton Christian Academy has also already played their next game (against Life Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
