Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln County). They blew past the Mount Juliet Golden Bears 17-6 on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Falcons, who have now won eight contests in a row.

Lincoln County pushed their record up to 21-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Mount Juliet, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 15 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16-1 record this season.

Lincoln County will head out to face off against Giles County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Juliet, they will be playing at home against Ravenwood at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
