Recap: Law Lawmen vs. Foran Lions
The Law Lawmen lost against the Foran Lions back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Law fell 55-44 to Foran. Law has not had much luck with Foran recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Foran's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ava Deitelbaum, who scored 19 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Deitelbaum is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Deldin, who scored 11 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
Law has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Foran, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-3.
Law will head out on the road to face off against Amistad at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Amistad is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games. As for Foran, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Hand at 7:00 p.m. Hand is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
