Pine View extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Jelani Odjegba. The Pine View Panthers managed a 48-44 victory over the Dixie Flyers on Wednesday thanks in part to Odjegba, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 17 points in addition to six assists and five boards. What's more, he also racked up two blocks, the most he's had since back in February of 2024.

Pine View pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Dixie, they moved to 9-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Pine View will head out to face off against Crimson Cliffs at 7:00 p.m. on January 15th. As for Dixie, they will welcome Snow Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Snow Canyon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.5 points per game this season.
