Chagrin Falls's game on Friday was all tied up 20-20 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They managed a 49-45 victory over the Riverside Beavers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Chagrin Falls found their leader in sophomore Avery Russell, who went 7 for 13 on her way to 16 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Molly Wheatley, who posted nine points.

Chagrin Falls is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Chagrin Falls didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 39-36 loss against Richmond Heights on the 8th. As for Riverside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-42 win against Mayfield on the 4th.
