Friday just wasn't the day for Pioneer's offense. They took a blow against the Vacaville Bulldogs on Friday, falling 36-0. That makes it the first time this season the Patriots have let down their home crowd.

Jordan Constancio threw for 58 yards on five of 11 attempts. Devion Corley was his top target, picking up 39 receiving yards.

Leading Vacaville to victory were Brendan Jackson and Tanner Boyd. Jackson threw for 180 yards and three touchdowns, while Boyd rushed for 138 yards and a touchdown. Jackson got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 53 yards.

Pioneer will face off against Sacramento at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sacramento will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Pioneer surely won't give up without a fight. As for Vacaville, they will welcome Rodriguez at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both have allowed few points on average, (Rodriguez: 6.6, Vacaville: 16) so any points scored will be well earned.
