Baseball Recap: Spectrum Takes a Loss

After flying high against North Lakes Academy on Saturday, Spectrum came back down to earth. The Sting took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints on Saturday.

Spectrum's loss dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spectrum will head out to challenge Providence Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, they will venture away from home to face off against Canby at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
