Football Recap: Hyde Park Comes Up Short

Hyde Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the South Shore International Tars, falling 44-12. The Thunderbirds were not able to make up for their loss to the Tars from their previous meeting back in October of 2016.

Hyde Park's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for South Shore International, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Hyde Park is set to square off against their familiar foe Perspectives Leadership/IIT/Joslin/Tech at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, South Shore International will face off against rival Dyett at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
