Brookland hasn't lost a match since April 1st, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Green Forest Tigers 2-1. That's two games straight that Brookland have won by just one goal.

Katie Blumreich and Grace Gary scored both of Brookland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Brookland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 43 goals over those ten matches. As for Green Forest, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7.

Brookland wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 victory against Magnolia on the 16th. Green Forest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
