Volleyball Recap: Millennium Victorious + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Millennium walked away with it. They had just enough and edged out the South Davidson Wildcats 3-2 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Lions have posted since September 4th.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Millennium who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 29-27, 23-25, 25-21, 21-25, 15-9.

Millennium's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for South Davidson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-19 record this season.

Millennium will take on Jackson Day at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Davidson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
