Soccer Recap: Giles County Comes Up Short

Giles County's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Franklin County Rebels, falling 4-1.

Giles County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-2. As for Franklin County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Giles County will head out to face off against Lawrence County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin County, they will venture away from home to take on Howard Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
