Baseball Recap: Peabody Warhorses vs. Elizabeth Bulldogs
Peabody took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against Elizabeth, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Peabody Warhorses sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Elizabeth Bulldogs on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Warhorses as it put an end to their ten-game losing streak.

Daylen Gatson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in February. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing Four bases. while going 1-for-2.
