Basketball Game Preview: Shiloh Generals vs. Woodward Academy War Eagles

The Shiloh Generals will challenge the Woodward Academy War Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Shiloh is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Shiloh came up short against Tri-Cities on Tuesday, falling 62-42.

Meanwhile, Woodward Academy earned a 52-42 win over Arabia Mountain on Tuesday.

Woodward Academy's win came from a few key players Shiloh will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Z Williams, who went 5 for 12 on her way to 20 points in addition to six boards and four steals. That's the most points she has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayla Whitner, who posted 11 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.

Shiloh's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Woodward Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Shiloh strolled past Woodward Academy when the teams last played back in December of 2015 by a score of 62-46. Will Shiloh repeat their success, or does Woodward Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
