Volleyball Game Preview: Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits vs. Millikan Rams

The Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits will take on the Millikan Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Monday, Long Beach Poly earned a 3-1 victory over Woodrow Wilson. The Jackrabbits haven't had any issues with the Bruins recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Long Beach Poly had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Millikan got the win against Cabrillo on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-12, 25-18.

Long Beach Poly's victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Millikan, their win bumped their record up to 26-1.
