Softball Recap: Piner Prospectors vs. Healdsburg Greyhounds
While Piner's victory against Healdsburg wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Prospectors skirted past the Greyhounds 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Prospectors in their matchups with the Greyhounds: they've now won five in a row.
Mialynn Membrilla made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.
