Quinter has gone 9-1 against Greeley County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Quinter Bulldogs will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against the Greeley County Jackrabbits at 6:00 p.m. Quinter knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Greeley County likes a good challenge.

Quinter is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Rawlins County just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 58-57 to the Buffaloes. The loss was the Bulldogs' first of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greeley County). They blew past Triplains/Brewster 48-12 on Tuesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Jackrabbits with their most commanding win of the season.

The win was the third in a row for Greeley County, bringing their record for this year to 4-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.0 points per game. As for Quinter, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Everything came up roses for Quinter against Greeley County in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as the squad secured a 57-17 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Quinter since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
