Soccer Recap: Newman International Academy Takes a Loss

The Warriors were not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Newman International Academy Warriors. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Isioma Jones, who's now up to two this season.

The Warriors' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for the Warriors, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

The Warriors will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on February 10th. The Warriors will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th.
