Soccer Game Preview: Tokay vs. Chavez

The Tokay Tigers will take on the Chavez Titans in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Tokay's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They came out on top against Bear Creek by a score of 2-0.

Bruno Carvajal was the driving force of Tokay's attack as he scored both of Tokay's goals, bringing his season total up to three goals.

Meanwhile, Chavez won against River Islands last Monday with seven goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. Chavez blew past Bear Creek 7-0. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by six goals or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Chavez and bumps their season record up to 4-2. As for Tokay, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-7-1.
