Preview: Africentric Early College Nubians vs. Grove City Greyhounds
The Africentric Early College Nubians's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Grove City Greyhounds at 7:30 p.m. on February 15th. Africentric Early College has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 939 points over their last 12 games.
In what's become a running theme this season, Africentric Early College gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They blew past Centennial, posting a 81-48 victory on the road. Given Africentric Early College's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 108th, while Centennial is ranked 217th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Grove City had to suffer through a rough 55-26 loss at the hands of Upper Arlington. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Grove City has scored all season.
Africentric Early College's victory was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 55.4 points. As for Grove City, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.
