Baseball Recap: Edison's Undefeated Season over After Eight Games

Edison was the 7-1 winner over Sandusky when they last played one another back in April of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Chargers took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Streaks on Monday. The game marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Edison fell to 7-1. As for Sandusky, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-4.

Looking ahead, Edison will head out to challenge Vermilion at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sandusky, they will host Clyde at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
