Softball Recap: Making Waves Academy Comes Up Short

After soaring to 23 runs the game before, Making Waves Academy was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They came up short against the California School for the Deaf Eagles, falling 15-1. The Marlins have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Making Waves Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for California School for the Deaf, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Making Waves Academy will face off against Valley Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for California School for the Deaf, they will be playing at home against Head-Royce at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
