Volleyball Game Preview: Pine Grove Panthers vs. East Union Urchins + How To Watch

The Pine Grove Panthers will challenge the East Union Urchins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a five-game winning streak alive.

It was a proper cat-fight when Pine Grove faced off against Biggersville on Tuesday. The Panthers put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, East Union made easy work of Water Valley on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant East Union was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-13, 25-10.

Pine Grove's victory bumped their record up to 21-10-2. As for East Union, their win bumped their record up to 29-4.

Pine Grove couldn't quite get it done against East Union in their previous matchup back in August as they fell 2-0. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Urchins' Caroline Sherwood, who had 28 digs and five aces.
