Volleyball Recap: Santa Fe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Santa Fe lost against Oxford Academy back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Chiefs fell 3-1 to the Patriots.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Oxford Academy scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-20, 22-25, 25-20.

Myla Adams paced Santa Fe's offense, picking up 14 kills. Adams got some help from Sofia Barajas and her 24 assists.

Santa Fe's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Oxford Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Santa Fe didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Pacifica on the 26th. As for Oxford Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Samueli Academy on the 26th.
