Softball Recap: Jackson North Side Takes a Loss

Jackson North Side lost against Bolivar Central back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jackson North Side Indians lost 18-4 to the Bolivar Central Tigers. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Deja Hill made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2. Akiarah Thomas also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Jackson North Side's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Jackson North Side will be playing at home against Madison at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Jackson North Side has given up an average of 13.2 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Bolivar Central, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Bolivar Central Tigers duke it out with Trinity Christian Academy Lions at 5:00 p.m. on March 18th.
