On Friday, Tree of Life Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the Jaguars, but they still walked away with a 55-49 victory. With that victory, Tree of Life Christian brought their scoring average up to 50.1 points per game.
Tree of Life Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mason Sanders, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ronald Amoah, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, Shekinah Christian had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.7 points), and they went ahead and made it 12 on Thursday. Everything went their way against Madison Christian as Shekinah Christian made off with a 62-38 win. Shekinah Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.
The win makes it two in a row for Tree of Life Christian and bumps their season record up to 11-5. As for Shekinah Christian, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3.
Everything came up roses for Tree of Life Christian against the Flames in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 56-26 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tree of Life Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
