Barron waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Barron took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-6.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Barron to victory, but perhaps none more so than Xendra Jilek, who had four aces. Those four aces gave Jilek a new career-high.

Barron's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Chetek-Weyerhaeuser, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-4.

Barron wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Spring Valley on the 9th. As for Chetek-Weyerhaeuser, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Bloomer on the 9th.
