Football Recap: Airport Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Airport was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 56-14 loss at the hands of the Huron Chiefs. The Jets lost against the Chiefs in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 29-28 score last time.

Airport's record now sits at 0-7. As for Huron, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Looking ahead, Airport will look to defend their home field on Friday against Milan at 7:00 p.m. The Jets will be up against the Big Reds' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.14 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Huron, they will face off against Flat Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
