Softball Recap: Everett Alvarez Eagles vs. Milpitas Trojans
Everett Alvarez won against Scotts Valley last Tuesday with three runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Everett Alvarez Eagles beat the Milpitas Trojans by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-2. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.
Dani Amendola spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
