After losing to Summit the last time they met, Dayton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs skirted past the Hilltoppers 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted against the Hilltoppers since April 1, 2016.

Dayton's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Summit, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 13-3.

Coming up, Dayton will head out on the road to challenge Scotch Plains-Fanwood at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Summit, they will be playing at home against Union at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
