Dragons were ranked No. 3 in NIBC power rankings released last month.

Five-star prospect Kylan Boswell of AZ Compass Prep (Chandler, Ariz.) announced Wednesday that he would be reclassifying to the Class of 2022 and enrolling at Arizona this fall.

Previously regarded as a top 20 prospect in the Class of 2023, the 6-foot-1 standout is now ranked as the No. 5 point guard prospect and No. 30 overall prospect in the Class of 2022.

Boswell was a MaxPreps Junior All-America honorable mention selection last season after averaging 13.5 points to lead the Dragons (25-5) to the No.8 spot in the final National Top 20.
Although it will not be easy to replace the production of Boswell, AZ Compass Prep is primed to make a strong debut in the National Interscholastic Basketball Conference (NIBC) during the upcoming 2022-23 high school basketball season.

After finishing the year ranked in the top 10 nationally in each of the past two seasons, the Dragons have built a strong roster for next season with the additions of Pharaoh Compton, Rayvon Griffith, Zayden High, Vyctorius Miller, Trent Pierce and E.J. Scroggins joining five-star Class of 2023 prospect Mookie Cook.
