Basketball Game Preview: Caledonia Fighting Scots vs. Muskegon Big Reds

The Caledonia Fighting Scots are taking a road trip to challenge the Muskegon Big Reds at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Caledonia will be strutting in after a win while Muskegon will be coming in after a loss.

Caledonia took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They took down Jenison 60-46. That looming 60-46 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Fighting Scots yet this season.

Parker Little was a one-man wrecking crew for Caledonia as he went 5 of 10 en route to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jarell Jefferson, who posted ten points.

Meanwhile, Muskegon's undefeated season came to an end after eight games on Saturday. They took a 66-50 bruising from Brother Rice. The matchup marked the Big Reds' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Muskegon fell to 8-1. As for Caledonia, they moved to 4-6 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.
