Central Minnesota Christian had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints by a score of 74-62. Given the Bluejays' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 91st, while the Fighting Saints are ranked 293rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Central Minnesota Christian pushed their record up to 21-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.6 points over those games. As for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, their loss dropped their record down to 9-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Minnesota Christian will host Dawson-Boyd at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
