Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Hudson couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They lost to the Norwell Clippers on the road by a 21-7 margin on Saturday. The Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Hudson's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Norwell, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2.
