It was a proper cat-fight when Bellevue duked it out with Gallatin County on Wednesday. The Tigers walked away with a 6-1 win over the Wildcats. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

The victory made it two in a row for Bellevue and bumps their season record up to 12-15. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Gallatin County, they dropped their record down to 1-20 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bellevue will welcome Newport at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a 35-game losing streak. As for Gallatin County, they will challenge Trimble County at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
