Basketball Recap: Elk Point-Jefferson Comes Up Short

Elk Point-Jefferson was the 71-43 winner over Centerville when they last played one another back in February of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies lost to the Centerville Tornadoes on the road by a 58-42 margin on Saturday.

Elk Point-Jefferson has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. As for Centerville, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Centerville beat Elk Point-Jefferson by a score of 58-42 on Monday.
