St. Margaret waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Woodbridge Warriors.

St. Margaret's had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-20, 25-18, 26-24.

St. Margaret's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Woodbridge, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Margaret's will challenge Irvine at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Woodbridge, they will square off against Portola at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
