Basketball Recap: Center Point Comes Up Short

Center Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were dealt a 62-32 loss at the hands of the Jackson-Olin Mustangs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-42 last Monday.

Center Point's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Jackson-Olin, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-21.

Center Point has already played their next contest (against Shelby County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Jackson-Olin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 85-63 loss against Minor on the 31st.
